About The Owners
Ronan O’Dea is from County Clare, Ireland and graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering. After earning his degree, he was hired in Dublin at a large microprocessing company as an engineer. In 2004, he was given the opportunity to move to San Francisco on a work visa, so he quit his office job and made the permanent move to the U.S. to pursue a career in construction.
Claude Cullen is from County Cork, Ireland and has 30 years of experience working in the construction industry. His experience ranges from large scale commercial and city projects such as highway tunnels and shopping malls to multi-unit condominiums and single family homes. Claude worked for years in Ireland before making the permanent move to San Francisco in 1998.
About the Company
Ronan and Claude have worked together since 2001. They decided to use their combined experience to form their own general contracting business in 2008.
You will always find at least one of the partners on the job site overseeing day-to-day operations in order to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
